- Go to Appearance > Customize
- Go to “Theme Options”
- Go to “Page Settings”
- Page Layout > Select page layout from the dropdown for default page layout.
- Display page comments > Check/Uncheck this box to show/hide comments on default pages
After setting the values click on “Publish” to save your settings.
